Memorial Production Partners LP is an upstream Master Limited Partnership (MLP) focused on the acquisition and exploitation of domestic oil and gas properties. Our properties are located in South Texas, East Texas/North Louisiana and California and consist of mature, legacy oil and natural gas reservoirs. Our primary business objective is to generate stable cash flows, allowing us to make quarterly cash distributions to our unitholders and, over time, to increase those quarterly cash distributions.
